Ordering
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, e-checks and authorized purchase orders. Online ordering is easy and convenient, but if questions arise that are not addressed on this web site, our customer service representatives are here to help. You reach a representative at 1-877-776-6619.

Sales Tax Exemption
Organizations that are sales tax exempt must have documentation on file with The Mega Group in order to exempt from sales tax. When creating a new user profile, select “Tax Exempt.” You will then be prompted to submit your sales tax exemption information.
Once you have completed this process, your orders will not be charged sales tax.
Shipping and Handling
Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days. Custom orders, large quantities and items that are not currently stocked may take longer.
Shipping is calculated based on the total size and weight of your order at FedEx or UPS published rates. In addition, a handling fee of 2.50 – $25 is added to each order based on the number of items or lines in the order for non-NeighborWorks America employees.
You may also choose to have your order shipped on your Fed-Ex or UPS account by entering that information into the Third Party Shipping field on the checkout page.
Expedited shipping is available when arrangements are made through our customer service department at 1-877-776-6619. There is an additional charge for expedited delivery
You will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes your order number. Keep this number for your records, as it is necessary in the event you need to check the status of your order. To check the status of your order, visit My Account, then click on View Order Status and History.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not accepted on NeighborWorks® Week materials and special ordered co-branded merchandise except in the case of a manufacturer defect. No returns or exchanges are made for altered merchandise. For all other merchandise, returns and exchanges are accepted pending an investigation of the materials. A restocking fee of $2.50 (minimum) or 25% of the purchase price, whichever is greater, will be charged on all returns or exchanges if nwstore.org is not at fault. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 2 weeks of delivery only.
Custom Order Cancellations
Customers will have a 24 hour grace period from the time they place an order to cancel and receive a full refund. After the grace period expires, The Mega Group reserves the right to review and/or deny a full refund to the customer. A 5% cancellation fee may be assesses, after the grace period expires.

Subscribe/Unsubscribe to E-Mail
When creating a new user account, you have the option of checking a box to subscribe to our e-mail list for special promotions. If you prefer to not be included on our e-mail list, simply leave this block blank. To subscribe or unsubscribe from our e-mail list after your initial account set up, visit My Account, then click Edit My Profile. |
